How fills are performed
A Classic Lash Fill follows the same 1:1 method as a full classic set: your lash artist isolates one natural lash and bonds a single extension to it. For existing guests we work from your original map, matching length and curl so the refill blends seamlessly with previously applied extensions.
During the fill appointment the artist replaces extensions that have shed or grown out while preserving healthy natural lashes. The careful 1:1 application minimizes weight per natural lash and focuses on restoring the original shape rather than adding extra volume, which is why many clients return specifically for this maintenance service.
What to expect at your appointment
This service is reserved for existing clients who already have a Classic set—your artist will review your original mapping, assess natural lash retention, and work to replace lost extensions. The session is focused and practical, addressing regrowth and gaps to reproduce the look you originally approved.
Appointments are organized for efficiency and comfort. Expect a calm, reclined service experience where the artist isolates individual lashes and adheres new extensions. If your set needs more than a standard refill the artist will recommend a different service or timing, keeping your lash health and desired look as the priority.
Care and longevity factors
Adhesive needs time to cure—avoid water and steam for the first 24–48 hours and refrain from touching or rubbing your lashes. Regular cleaning with an oil-free, lash-safe cleanser two to three times per week and daily brushing with a clean spoolie will reduce buildup and help extensions stay aligned.
Local climate and lifestyle affect retention: Phoenix’s heat, sweat, and brief monsoon humidity can weaken adhesive more quickly, so clients who hike Camelback or spend time outdoors may notice slightly faster shedding. Many clients report their fills look great for about two to three weeks when following aftercare guidance and booking routine maintenance.
